On March 20th and 21^st, 43 people attended the Beginner beekeeping class in Spencer. The group ranged in age from 15-80+. Glen Stanley, former state apiarist, Shiliah Spaulding, IA Honey Queen and Jason Freeman, group president were our featured speakers. Several of the class members are getting bees this spring.
