Master Beekeepers Program Scholarship

The Iowa Honey Producers are accepting scholarship applications for the Master Beekeepers Program. This program has been put on by Marion Ellis, for the last eight or nine years, at the University of Nebraska research facility at Mead, Nebraska. This is a great comprehensive program that is open to beekeepers of all experience levels. The course will be offered from June 23rd to June 25th, 2005. Two scholarships, of $150 each, will be available to beekeepers of any level of experience.

The scholarship money is sufficient to cover the registration fee for the course and part of the motel bill. Motels are located in Lincoln or Wahoo, NE. We will publish the course schedule as soon as we have it. To apply for a scholarship merely submit your name and address and a little information about yourself to: Phil Ebert, 14808 S 102nd Ave E, Lynnville, Ia, 50153. Applications will be taken until April 15th.
