EPA Approval Granted for the Use of
Coumaphos and Thymol

In an email to the IHPA Board Members, Steve Pedersen announced that Iowa beekeepers have received approval for the use of coumaphos (Checkmite+) and thymol (ApiLife VAR).

Thanks was also given to Chuck Eckermann, the Pesticide Bureau Chief, for his help in attaining the Section 18 exemption to use these products.
